FAQ's
Q You are fully booked. When will I be able to visit?
We’re sorry you’ve not been able to make a booking this
time. We’re taking safety on site very seriously and have set strict limits on
the number of visitors per day. However, we hope to be able to increase that
daily allocation as we observe how things work on the ground.
If you’re a member, thank you very much for keeping up
your support throughout lockdown. Please bear with us through this next couple
of weeks while demand is high.

Q How do I use the tickets and/or booking made

You will be emailed a booking confirmation that will
include your unique reference number and a barcode. We would encourage you to
keep this ticket handy on your smart phone and present the barcode at
admissions. If you do not have a smart phone you can make a note of the
reference number and read it out to admissions staff when asked. Alternatively,
you can print out the booking confirmation.

closed, can I still use it?
Yes you can use Spring Pass Deals purchased from 21st
