FAQ's

Q You are fully booked. When will I be able to visit?

We’re sorry you’ve not been able to make a booking this time. We’re taking safety on site very seriously and have set strict limits on the number of visitors per day. However, we hope to be able to increase that daily allocation as we observe how things work on the ground.

If you’re a member, thank you very much for keeping up your support throughout lockdown. Please bear with us through this next couple of weeks while demand is high.

Q Can I purchase a ticket on arrival at a Naturezones (NWET)?

Yes.

Q Can I bring a picnic?

I am sorry but we do not have a picnic area. All food is provided by Naturezones. Food is not allowed in the nature reserve. Selling refreshments is part of our fundraising

Q Can I bring my dog?

As always dogs are not allowed in the actual nature reserve

Q I bought a PiW ticket before Naturezones centres closed, can I still use it?

Yes you can use Spring Pass Deals purchased from 21st January 2020. Most people used their vouchers when we were open last year. Remaining voucher holders can still visit but there is a supplement. Use the supplement  ticket option on the booking page for the date you wish to visit, make a booking and bring both the original PisW voucher and booking with you to be checked at admissions. THIS OPTION VALID UNTIL 1ST OCTOBER 2021

Q Can I make group bookings?

We strongly advise that you make a group booking (8 +) in advance. Please contact us to make arrangements. We can also accept private group bookings on days other than our pen days

Q Can I use a wheelchair?

We have two paths one in the woodland and one in the meadow that allows, albeit limited, wheelchair access into the nature reserve

Q Do you issue refunds?

If you become a friend of Naturezones on the day of your visit we will refund your entry fee.

Q How can I donate to support Naturezones work at this time?

You can donate towards our work on our Entry page. Thank you so much for supporting our vital conservation work at this time.

Q Can I get my money back on admission if I join as a member online after my visit?

Unfortunately, you are unable to redeem an admission ticket against an online membership at this time. If you are thinking of joining Naturezones Wildlife Education Trust (NWET) please join online prior to purchasing an admission ticket to be able to gain free access.
