Weekends  and Thursday 10.30 - 4.30 pm

Refreshments - things like home made....

Scones, GF Cake, rose-petal ice cream, apple and blackberry crumble celeriac and stilton soup.

(PS due to our extremely limited facilities we cannot cater for egg, dairy, nut free diets)

Discover how to create a wild flower patch

Buy an unusual gift in the nature shop

Buy a hazel tree for our red squirrels

Bring your camera, binoculars, sketch pad

PLEASE NOTE DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE NATURE RESERVE BUT ARE ALLOWED ON A SHORT LEAD AROUND THE BARN

Lunch in the Meadow

 

WEEKENDS  10.304.30pm -  refreshments served around the barn. Entry into the nature reserve 5 person INCLUDES - Cuppa and cake (value 3.25), pond dipping & meadow/woodland meander children under 4 yrs free

 

THURSDAY - Drop in Club 10.304.30pm.  Cuppa, cake, chat and meander 5 (Group visits welcome - but please let us know in advance). DOGS are not allowed in the nature reserve. They are allowed on a short lead around the barn

Lunch in the Meadow  14.95/person- Collect your basket of delicious picnic food, find a nice SUNNY picnic spot and relax. (Delicious butternut squash and coconut soup or sometimes celeriac and stilton or salmon and dill pate pot followed by frittata and salad - quiche without pastry -  Apple and blackberry scone or crumble, orange and honey flapjack, flask of water to make tea or coffee) Rugs and hot water bottles provided. 24 hrs notice required. Keep an eye on the MET and wait for a sunny day

 

THE MONDAY ART GROUP

Commences Monday 9th September 10.30 - 1pm

6 weeks 69.00

i) Bring your own art to work on, to discuss and share ideas

ii) Try a different medium, painting on fabric, folk art, make a tile, make a plaster cast.

iii) Chance to experiment and try something new/different

iiii) Have a chat with other artists

Can't draw - apart from matchstick men? Drawing is a technique that can be learnt. This intensive 1 day course will leave you surprised by what you can achieve
